The user (“Customer” or “you”) is invited to read these Terms carefully before purchasing.
MARIBEL ITALIA S.R.L. operates the online store accessible through the domains isantibags.it and isantibags.com (“Site”). By using this Site and its related Services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
The “I Santi” branded products available on the Site are marketed by Maribel Italia S.R.L. under a legitimate commercial agreement with the authorized licensee of the trademark. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
1. Purpose and scope
These Terms govern access to the Website and the sale of products to consumers in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”). Where not expressly provided, the Italian Civil Code applies. The applicable version is the one in force at the date of the order.
2. Product information
Descriptions, images, and colors are presented as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur depending on the device or artisanal craftsmanship. For genuine leather items, natural characteristics such as grain variations, pores, veins, and slight tone differences are considered normal and not defects.
3. Prices, taxes and currencies
Prices are expressed in Euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, duties and taxes (for non-EU destinations) are shown at checkout. In the event of a manifest pricing error, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any amounts paid.
4. Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order constitutes a purchase proposal. The contract is concluded when the Seller sends the order confirmation email. The Seller may refuse or cancel orders, with refund, in case of unavailability, incorrect data, suspected fraud, or obvious errors.
5. Payments
5.1 Accepted methods
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by certified third-party providers in a secure environment; the Seller does not access or store full card details.
5.2 Authorization and charge upon shipment
At the time of order, an authorization (funds hold) is placed. The charge occurs only when the items are shipped. In the case of partial shipments, charges may occur in multiple installments.
5.3 Authorization expiration
Authorizations have limited validity depending on circuits/providers. If the order cannot be shipped within that window, a new authorization may be required or the order may be cancelled.
5.4 Unfulfillable orders
If a product becomes unavailable, the order will be cancelled for that item only and the related authorization released.
5.5 Pre-orders
For pre-orders or long-lead items, a new authorization may be required before shipment. The charge occurs only when items are effectively shipped.
5.6 Specific methods
Some methods (e.g. prepaid cards or certain wallets) may show a “pending” amount until the authorization is captured or released.
5.7 Currency and fees
Charges are made in Euro. VAT is included for EU consumers unless otherwise indicated. Any fees charged by the payment provider are borne by the Customer.
5.8 Security and anti-fraud checks
The Seller may refuse, cancel or require additional verifications in case of suspected fraudulent or irregular payments.
6. Shipping and delivery
Shipping methods, costs and estimated times are described on the Shipping Information page. Times are indicative and not binding. Delays do not entitle customers to compensation. Upon delivery, customers should check parcel integrity and sign “subject to inspection” if damage is visible.
7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw within 14 days from delivery (or last item delivered in multiple orders) without providing any reason. Instructions are available in the Returns & Refunds section.
Refunds include standard shipping costs and will be issued within 14 days of your withdrawal notification. We may withhold reimbursement until goods are received back or proof of shipment is provided. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Exclusions: customized or made-to-measure items; sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.
8. Returns for defect / non-conformity
If you receive a defective or non-conforming product, please contact us via the Contact page with your order number and photo/video evidence. We will arrange replacement, repair or refund according to applicable law.
9. Legal warranty
The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity existing at delivery and occurring within 24 months. Consumers have the right to free repair or replacement within a reasonable time. If this is impossible or excessively burdensome, a price reduction or full termination may be requested.
10. Gift cards and promotions
Gift cards are digital, valid for the period indicated, and non-refundable. Coupons and promotions are subject to specific conditions regarding validity, combinability, and exclusions.
11. Accounts and user conduct
You may purchase as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and the confidentiality of your credentials. Any unlawful or harmful use of the Website is prohibited.
12. Intellectual property
Trademarks, logos, texts, images and content on the Website are protected and owned by the Seller or third-party licensors. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.
The “I Santi” trademarks and related distinctive signs are used solely to identify original products distributed by Maribel Italia S.R.L. under commercial agreements with the trademark owner.
13. Reviews and user content
If the Website allows the submission of reviews or content, the Customer grants a non-exclusive license to use such content on the Website and social channels, declaring they hold all rights and that the content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, interruption of service, data loss or lost profits. Liability for fraud, gross negligence or personal injury remains unaffected.
15. Force majeure
The Seller is not responsible for delays or non-performance due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, authority orders, strikes, blackouts, network failures).
16. Privacy and cookies
Personal data is processed according to the Website’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

18. Applicable law, ODR and jurisdiction
The contract is governed by Italian law. Consumers may use the EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights, jurisdiction lies with the consumer’s place of residence; for B2B users, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Court of Lodi.
19. Changes to the Terms
The Seller may update these Terms at any time. Changes apply to sales concluded after publication.
