Shipping policy

1. Where we ship

  • Italy: delivery throughout the entire national territory, including islands.
  • European Union: shipping to all EU countries.
  • United States of America: shipping throughout the USA.

2. Costs and estimated delivery times

  • Italy: express courier (1–3 business days from shipment).
  • EU: express courier (3–6 business days from shipment).
  • USA: express courier (3–10 business days from shipment).

The indicated times refer only to courier transit and do not include 1–2 business days for order processing. Public holidays and peak seasons may extend delivery times.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the destination address provided.

3. Shipping to the USA (DDP – Duties Included)

Orders shipped to the United States are delivered under DDP – Delivered Duty Paid terms. This means Maribel Italia S.R.L. covers all customs duties and import taxes. No additional fees will be required at the time of delivery.

4. Availability and order processing times

The delivery times shown on the Website are indicative and may vary depending on product availability or production times. If delays exceed 7 days beyond the estimated delivery date, we will notify you via email. You may choose to wait or cancel the order and receive a full refund.

5. Order preparation

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as the parcel is handed to the courier. Unless otherwise agreed, orders containing pre-order or customised items will ship together when all items are ready.

6. Couriers and tracking

We ship with express couriers (e.g., DHL, GLS, BRT or equivalents) using tracked delivery. The tracking link becomes active within 24 hours from pickup.

7. Delivery

  • The courier will attempt delivery one or more times at the address provided. If you are unavailable, the parcel may be held at a local depot.
  • Incorrect or incomplete address: any delays, storage costs or reshipment charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Address changes: possible only before dispatch by contacting customer service.

8. Taxes, duties and VAT

  • Italy / EU: prices include VAT.
  • Non-EU countries (excluding USA): any duties, import taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may be requested upon delivery. This condition does not apply to the USA, where orders are shipped DDP.

9. Damaged or lost parcels

Upon delivery, please check the integrity of the parcel. In case of visible damage:

  1. accept the parcel with reservation by signing “subject to inspection”;
  2. take photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging and item;
  3. contact us within 48 hours with photos and order number. If the courier confirms the parcel is lost, we will provide a replacement or refund.

10. Refused or uncollected orders

If a parcel is returned due to refusal or failure to collect from the depot, shipping costs, return fees and storage charges will be deducted from the refund.

11. Multiple shipments

To speed up delivery, orders may be shipped in multiple parcels at no additional cost. You will receive separate tracking numbers.
